Multiple lawsuits are in the courts to stop the Northern Gateway Pipeline from being built through BC.
They attack the Joint Review Panel’s recommendation and Federal Cabinets decision to approve it.
So far, five First Nations are working to Pull Together and educate and raise money toward their court cases.
Funds will be used for critical research, preparing arguments and court time.
This campaign was born in Northern BC, where the most directly impacted communities are located.
