Our Chief & Council were astounded at the response that clearly show how many people support Hupacasath court challenge to the Canada China FIPA.

Hupacasath First Nation has decided to preserve our right to an appeal and filed the documents to the court today. Once we reach our fundraising goal we will be able to see the court challenge all the way through. We will continue working with our supporters towards our fundraising goal. I will report the progress made back to C & C in a week and get further direction.

Thank you everyone for your help thus far. Please continue to build the momentum and we will achieve our goal. I truly believe that together we can do this.
